Quit Smoking

A session with either Steve or Jenia Quinn is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and revitalized. I have been treated by both Jenia and Steve on numerous occasions. Jenia's massages have helped me overcome systemic blockages that were causing me both physical pain and emotional distress. As someone who has had many massages, I can confidently say that an hour with Jenia will knock you out in the most amazing way, allowing you to fully relax and surrender; giving your body the opportunity it needs to replenish itself. She knows how to take your tension and turn it into a fluid flow of energy. Steph S, Hollywood, CA

I have been to so many people for massage over the last 27 years and I have to say Jenia is the Best! Her place is clean, quiet, and very peaceful. I highly recommend her to all my friends, family and clients. They all say the same thing - she is the Best !!!

Swedish Massage is the most common form of massage and is used primarily for relaxation. Swedish Massage involves long, gliding movements with the application of oil or lotion, to increase circulation, relieve muscular tension, stimulate the lymphatic system and melt away stress. A Swedish massage is an overall massage very beneficial for regular maintenance of health and well being.

Deep Tissue Massage &/or Treatment Focused focuses on realigning and loosening the deep layers of muscle that are often in spasm when a person has a long term muscular condition.  Treatment focused massage is an especially effective modality for relieving pain and discomfort from chronic muscular and structural issues often stemming from repetitive stress, injury, or poor posture.

Pre and Post Natal Massage can be extremely beneficial in assisting the overall well being of a woman during and after pregnancy. It is a very gentle, calming and relaxing massage that helps relieve the muscular aches and stresses that often accompany pregnancy. The body experiences many changes during and after the pregnancy, with specific areas often needing attention (ie low back pain, upper back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, swollen feet, stretched abdomen, etc). Massage is most important of all in simply offering a woman an opportunity to relax, destress and recharge her batteries.

Sports Massage is a specific type of massage for people involved in sports or heavy physical activity. Sports Massage can be done before an event to prevent injury and enhance performance, such as the day before a marathon. It can also be done after an event to help the body relax, prevent stiffness and enable muscles to recover more quickly. Sports Massage often incorporates stretching into the massage protocol.

Reflexology is a very relaxing and refreshing modality involving the specific application of pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands or ears. The theory of reflexology is that specific reflex points correlate with organs, glands and tissues elsewhere in the body. Thus, the application of pressure in one area of the body can promote a healing response in another area.

Massage offers excellent results in even one session, but the best overall results happen over time. The effects are cumulative, so the more often you get massage, the better you will feel. We will work with you to build a program that’s right for you.
